I realised I didn’t have a suite of tools or actions that could help me through life and for the past 25 years of my life I think I found a way to learn about my physiology that I believe most humans can appreciate. Over the course of the year, I will be editing this article with an revision log of what comes to mind.

During stressful times, exercise helps to flat line anxiety and concern. It reduces the mood and you feel like you would be able to ground yourself, bringing your mind to what is physically around you assessing everything in a calm and clear manner.

Your eyes are likely to be the first ones to go in this day in age. So they say 20–20–20 but I say use blue/yellow filter glasses are likely a hoax with little benefit to my work lifestyle. A programmer looking a computer nearly all day long. I have found blink frequently and rest more will reduce chances of your eyes needing glasses.

Your body works on the model of supply and demand. Referencing to your economy classes. Your body can do stuff based on your on the nutrition you provide it. So nutrition should be 80% and exercise 20% to get that accelerated bod you are after.

Cold showers, great for blood circulation but in moderation is good. Once a week is a good start and ideally 2–3 times a week is better. Helps also with moderating your inflammation from activities during the day.

Nutrition is important as many would say and our bodies relies on an important mechanism. Our teeth and gums. With constant exposure to different cuisines and styles of cooking, our gums are exposed to so much. So the question, I want to ask is how do we look after them over a long life?
This is where if we can’t change our gums, we can change our food intake.
Hard foods are irritating our gums and can make our gums inflamed. There are other causes which can read over here[Gum Irritation: Four Self-induced Causes]. So avoid hard cruch foods and go for soft alternatives or lessen the *crunch*.
